Thanks! That´s very helpful. Ok, so the ordering is not applied when accessing a local repository. Then, how can I tell which remote repositories are being used to resolve artifacts which are not in my local repository?
By the way, I´m asking this because I see a delay when fetching maven-metadata.xml files for some of the local repository artifacts. I would like to understand what exactly is going on, even if that´s not the cause of the issue.
