Hi Neil, If your repository isn't pulling in the latest snapshots, I can guess it is layout issues; that is maybe the snapshots artifacts don't fit the repository layout, so they are recognized as a release artifacts. It will be great if you can provide more information of the involved repository layouts and examples of the snapshot artifact paths.
