Thanks for helping.
I’ve got none of those log files, only artifactory, access, derby,
import.export, request, request_trace and trafic.xxx log files and windows
system log says “the service Artifactory has stopped with a particular service
error. The system hasn’t been able to open the file” (translated from French)
without mentioning what file it hasn’t been able to open, the service itself
try to execute “C:\artifactory\bin\artifactory-service.exe //RS//Artifactory”
and fail with the returned code 4
Any other thoughts ?

Hi Frederic,
The error messages will probably be in the logs, so you can search for relevant
hints in the following (service) logs under the $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/logs/ dir:
artifactory-service, artifactory-stderr and artifactory-stdout log files.
