Hi,

For this to work, you can create a new group for example: "OurRepo2_Readers"
and associate only these " allowed" developers user for it. Then, create a
new permission 
target<http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Managing+Permissions>
, uncheck the "Any Local Repository" and the "Any Remote Repository"
checkboxes and select only the OurRepo2 repo.
Finally, select this group as a readers only for this repo.
