Hi Syed,
The log you sent us mention nothing regarding the backup.
You need to search the artifactory.log for the following:
2013-12-04 14:35:11,124 [art-exec-652] [INFO ]
(o.a.s.ArtifactoryApplicationContext:484) - Beginning full system export...
under this line you will find the exact reason for the error.
Also,If you can't find it in the log, the backup error notification email
you received form Artifactory include the cause of the issue.
