Hi together, I'm new to this mailing list and hope to be at the right place.
I'm having the problem that the retrieval of maven-metadata.xml takes a lot of time (for 6 files > 60 seconds each). The socket timeout is set to 2000 ms. The issue occurs every day at the first retrieval of artifacts after 00:00, the updatePolicy in settings.xml is set to interval:25200, so there might be two dependent, but separate issues. All artifacts are available in the local cache and in artifactory (retrieval cache period is set to 43200 s). It is certain that the artifacts are only available in one remote repository.
