POSITION SUMMARY: The position will entail encoding middle and front-end tiers of a Web application utilizing the technologies listed below. Qualified candidates should have a strong understanding of Spring MVC; however, should not be overly dependent upon frameworks and should understand front-end fundamentals such as the servlet and JSP lifecycles. Qualified candidates should also have great soft skills and interpersonal skills. Needs to be able to take direction, ask questions and then deliver. The group does have senior level people to answer domain specific questions, but not enough people to teach how to develop web applications on the job. Must be able to hit the group running.
