Jerseyjohn,
You're absolutely right about ALL of Monmouth County seeing house prices
skyrocketing. The only difference this time around is that Asbury Park is
also included in the skyrocketing. Maybe it was timing, maybe it was the
current council, maybe it was coocindence - whatever the reason, Asbury was
usually left behind in the past.
