Storefronts are becoming empty in Belmar as the "pringle plan" begins
to hit. Funny words scaring off tenants: Redevelopment, Eminent Domain
and Greed. Belmar's problem (but look how much our homes worth now! And
taxes...) is that hey managed to create a ton new positions in town -
some even have 2 jobs at the same time. All this from a friend of mine
in Belmar.
