Dan, The Council, public and many posters here share a fatal flaw in common. They are unwilling to admit that they do not have the skill set needed to properly evaluate the issues.
A trait to be admred is the ability to say 'I don't know, let me find out'. What it is about Asbury Park that makes people think they know all the answers? Perhaps when you're at the bottom anything looks good. The majority resort to "feel good" explainations, arguments and conclusions instead of seeking out the best for this little square mile. I've about given up on trying to educate the closed minded un- enlightened masses. The majority rules and those of us with vision and knowledge are left to twist in the wind. It's been fun, now let me go find out how much my property is worth have a drink at the TiKi bar and take a walk down the parkway, I mean boardwalk.
