And when visitor's do venture into town for -- oh I don't know -- a birthday
lunch with Mom and friends, it doesn't help that the local curmudgeon sits next
to them at the restaurant and bad mouths the city and everything it's doing.
When something like that happens those ladies from Rumson are not likely to
return anytime soon... and you can believe "they tell two friends" ... and
