Will this Kushner obsession ever STOP. The Palace was owned by Asbury Partners. The building was declared a hazard by the City. Asbury Partners applied for a demolition permit. The City Manager held up the permit briefly and then signed it. The demolition took place by Nacirema. Asbury Partners still owns the site. STOP these references to Kushner being the one responsible.
