I have read the tax appeal information and I don’t see the story here.  Anyone has the right to appeal.  Does not mean it will do them any good.  If they have a valid case, then the taxes should be adjusted for them or anyone else.  I think it is wrong to interpret this as Asbury is getting screwed again.  That position would be sensationalizing this action.  Partners is a business and like any business they should review all costs.   I am not saying I think they should get the reduction because I don’t know all the facts (costs of improvements etc).
