The problem is we have nothing, nicht, nada. There is nothing wrong
with condos per se, but let's have some balance. That we might wind up
getting. The real problem is the continual inaction on the waterfront
after four years. Simply deadly. The 5th Ave redo looks good. I'll
believe it when I see it in bricks and mortar. Jewels like the
Paramount and CH go unused. Unforgiveable.
