Took the words outta my mouth! I don't "think", I KNOW he harassed the sh*T out of a good person, minding HIS business, but he thought he Gray, could do as he pleased by playing a "sick" joke on a tax-paying resident, because he personally didn't like him! Yeah, I GET it alright!
