3. Let medical waste wash up on the beach
4. Board up the downtown
5. Tell everyone AP is a ghost town

1. NEw development must have more then 1.5 parking spaces - not including
street parking.
2. No more conod conversions without parking. Get rid of any illegal apartments
in "regular" housing. No off street parking 0 then you don't have a multifamily
house.
