Sometimes things have to be changed. History has let us ship jo s ooverseas
and kept us to a gas engine.
If it were me i would of torn down 3/4 of the downtown and incorporated wesley
lake in a new downtown.
I read a quote a few weeks ago from a respected architect...history is expenso
e to restore maintain and make functional. Somethingo like that. Sometimes we
have to recreate it other times document it. Replace with maybe something
better functional and in many cases safer.
