This is what happens to govt retirement plans that the govt still guarenetees
to those that contribute - the states cover the losses for having the
contributors monies mismanaged.

more then a legalized ponzi scheme. When things go wrong, China gets blamed,
the weather, europe - you name it.
I've said it.
Give me $500 million to invest for you and don't ask any questions - I might
make you money and I might not -just read the small print.
It's borderline fraud - if not outright fraud. Call it what you want - the
business models and projections were puff.
Every large borrower today is the position to walk. Not like a homewoner who
faces scrutiny on their mortgage app for fraud or loses their houses with no
relief - it's easy for the big boys to say - guess what I don't feel like
paying you - sue me.
