What does anybody expect? It's just going from AP Partners, which raped this city, to IStar, which is complete bullshit. It has been nice to see crowds at the boardwalk, for sure. But it's pitiful compared to what could really be done. Ignoring and demolishing our history is criminal, and it will go on and on. Why not demolish the Esperanza? Where is the outrage about that? Nowhere. AP is as dysfunctional as ever, and for some reason people think 2.5 months of summer weekend success equals progress.
