Garrett: You were quoted in the app.com as saying: "the building was
determined to be an imminent hazard". What is the status of the Jersey
Apartments on 2nd (between Kingsley & Bergh)? There are pieces falling into
the front yard and sidewalk on a daily basis with Kids from the neighboring
building playing under it, and a tree growing through the roof from the second
floor. Are there any plans on leveling that as well?

Thanks,
Mike
