One thing never discussed and maybe should be considered....
Permitting a NEW PAVILION directly across from the Pony.
It would occupy the "blank" space between 1st and 2nd ave - leaving intact
current green space.
As a condition, it must contain restooms for the "south end" of the BW (recall,
there were bathrooms in 1st ave pav that were eliminated...) - therefore
eliminating the container bathrooms (which don't do much as far as looks).
The new building should be permitted for 2 floors , but not a box - and as a
replacement for the "temp" pop-ups.
If you want, you may call this a location for a possible public/private pool
(missing in ap) and as a beachfront, a family public/private pool is indeed
missing. One can only look at the splash park as family draw and move beyond
"we need another bar on the boardwalk spot.."
