you don't need a million "rides" - but something to kill an hour or two for
those that ARE in the near area . Nothing wrong with a couple LITTLE real
kiddie rides. The splash park works, the mini-golf works then nothing wrong
with a couple boats that go around in a circle with a bell or a couple cars
that go around in a circle. Cheap, simple quiet fun.
A carousel solves two issues - one keeping a bit of AP here while providing
some entertainment for drunk adults or for adults with kids.
good, clean fun and opens the casino to other ventures. shame the city couldn't
have a uez fund to lease and operate at least that section of the casino. I'd
make a deal with MM. How much do they pay (or partners) in taxes for the
parking lots? Are they paying taxes on those lots - or is it carried as vacant
land?
A thought.
