Hi Arijit Please make sure that you are using the latest source code from Subversion. I think that hopefully then you won't see this problem.
The current 'blocklist.py' depends on the model 'test/canvas/blocktypes.a4c' which no longer has the requirement for freesteam (an external library that I wrote for doing steam stable calculations, see http://freesteam.sourceforge.net/). I looked at your new structured models, that is definitely an improvement. The only additional thing I can comment on is that we tend to prefer to use models to also encapsulate 'streams', so that mass rate, temperature, pressure, etc, are all bundled into one thing that can be ARE_THE_SAMEd in order to create a connection. It is still somewhat an open question whether we will be able to achieve canvas-based modelling best with parametric or non-parametric models. Finally, just a reminder to use the latest subversion copy of Gaphas as well. I have been working with the Gaphas developers, and the currentl ASCEND code depends on some as-yet (I believe) unreleased features. That will be why you had problems earlier. There is currently a bug with the save/load functionality in 'blocklist.py', we will need to try to identify the cause of that. Good work with your efforts so far.
