Hi!
I am a student from China. I see ASCEND project at GSoC 2011 website and
have looked into for details which I get interested in.
This is my first time to get in touch with open source project.
My mayor is computer science and application. So I think I could get
involved with some of the projects in your wiki's student project list.
And I have already downloaded the source code from subversion and succeeded
in compiling it under an Ubuntu 10.04 virtual machine.
Following the materials of wiki, I also tested some simple models after
building ASCEND. By doing these, I know more and more about
ASCEND. (I will paste some of the screenshots later)
Though I am totally new to ASCEND and there are plenty of new things I need
to know, I still hope to get involved in this great and meaningful
project by doing the GSoC projects on the student project list.
So could you give me any suggestions?
