I would like to know if its possible to make attribute substitution in
source blocks, e.g.
[source,shell]
-----------------------------
sylv...@kheops:~/$ git clone {mike_git_url} mike.git
-----------------------------
sylv...@kheops:~/$ asciidoc -a mike_git_url="git://..../mike.git"
mike.txt
