I've just added another page to the AsciiDoc website:
http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/publishing-ebooks-with-asciidoc.html
Basically how to use AsciiDoc for real life eBook publication using the latest
AsciiDoc (asciidoc and a2x) features I've been working on in the trunk in
preparation for the next release.
The source along with compiled EPUB and PDF files for the examples ('The
Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' and 'The Brothers Karamazov') are on the website.
You will need to run from the trunk to compile the examples yourself.
Any feedback on this and epub related topics welcome, particularly on how the
EPUBs render on the various eBook readers.
Cheers, Stuart
