That's pretty neat, thanks for sharing. Could I ask you a question about your process? I see you've got some page-length figures (e.g., Figure 3-1) -- did you do anything particular to prevent gaps between the text and the end of the page before the figure?
I'm working with a page-length mscgen diagram, and finding it difficult to figure out if there's a way to trigger flowing of text so that the page-length image looks naturally placed on a page by itself.
