Thanks, Now i understand it. I need edit /usr/local/etc/asciidoc/dblatex/ asciidoc-dblatex.xsl stylesheet file or passed a custom xsl file to a2x wrapper with --dblatex-opts . The default admonition pdf output is like dblatex admonitions appendix manual configuration.
