The image is relative to the document containing the image:: macro.

So what is happening is that the first image is being not found
correctly (since it is *not* in include/img), the second is being
included in error.

Try adding an extra blank line on the end of the include file, and
hopefully both will be not found.

My guess is that if the image is right at the end of the include file
then it is closed by the time the macro is processed and the wrong
base file is used to get the path.
