Hi Lex: Thanks a lot for the reply. I know little about html and css, just wanted to form doc quickly with help of asciidoc. In most cases, the default pdf or html that the asciidoc tool chain outputs is good enough, which made me felt lazy to study html or css.
You kind answer gave me a sense of how difficult the solution could be, that's enough for me now. Maybe it's time to pick up the table format part of the asciidoc.
