Hi All,
according to the documentation:
"Index terms that have secondary and tertiary entries also generate
separate index terms for the secondary and tertiary entries."
Which means that for
indexterm:[term,subterm]
I get the following entries in my index
S
subterm
T
term
subterm
What I would like to have is solely this:
T
term
subterm
How can I achieve this?
