Hi, I want to have replacements/macros that are themselves asciidoc. For example, I want to write:
TODO and have it replaced with [red yellow-background]*TODO* and to write Button[OK] and have it replaced with *OK* (The purpose of the Button one is to make it easier to replace all Buttons but not all bold items. Eventually it would be nice to have Button items become <guibutton> tags in docbook; but for now just doing the above is sufficient.)
