Well, I do not expect that AsciiDoc should deal with it, just to have
appropriate FAQ entry.

At the moment there are 61 entries in FAQ, and more than 50% of them are
'how to questions', many of them dealing with presentation topics, so
I'm sure my remark can be solved by single FAQ entry.

Thanks. No complain about the tool her, just need for more info how to
resolve some typography issue, that's all. ;)

Today we're busy with other non-computer stuff, but tomorrow we'll try
to find proper solution for our 'problem'.
