I'm trying to improve vim syntax highlight for asciidoc, but there are
some things which I don't understand - maybe I'm not aware about some
asciidoc features or it's just legacy things which should be removed.
One of such things - vim won't highlight if quoted text begins with
closing paren, for example this won't be highlighted (by vim, but asciidoc
will handle these things correctly):

`)`
_)_
')'
*)*
``)''
Why ) is handled in this way?
