I'm writing a book which contains texts such as:
"Chapter 3.2 covers installation in detail."
I'd like to have a macro which can output "3.2" for me automatically. Latex
can do this with \ref{} but it seems Asciidoc only supports hyperlinks with
static captions right now. Could you add this feature?
