It appears that the default number of section labels that appear in the generated table of contents is two. I need to make it three. I can get that when generating HTML with "asciidoc -a toc -a toclevels=3 myfile.txt". However, I can't get that to work when generating PDF with FOP. Here's what I'm trying:
