Thx, I have been there (before)...
But now - after hours of trying - I am giving up. *sigh*

Maybe someone can give me a final push into the right direction. I do not 
need the coverpage but really would like to have the title...
My workaround now was to change the document title from level 0 to level 1. 
(If you could tell me how to turn of the section numbering that would be of 
great help, too).
