Its all in the source filter so you should be able to make a local
source-hihglight-filter.conf in a local filter directory.  This can
override the definition in the filter so you can have it use
source-highlight.

Just base it on the current contents of source-highlight-filter.conf.  You
will need a [source-highlight-block] and [source-filter-style] section.
 There are lots of examples in the system source-highlight-filter.conf of
how to run different programs.
