Hello everyone,

thank you for making available this document authoring tool.

I've followed the installation procedure and I've noticed that:

- no manual is available for off-line reading besides doc/asciidoc.txt
While doc/asciidoc.txt is in Asciidoc format, and the goal of Asciidoc is
to have a readable source file, newcomers could still prefer to read it
off-line in other more familiar formats. Of course, users can generate such
formats, but such an approach is not friendly towards newcomers (they are
expected to use the Asciidoc tool-chain before learning how to use
Asciidoc).

- the installation script installs syntax files for Vim into system-level
directories, and apparently this behaviour cannot be changed by means of
./configure (see the output of "./configure --help"). This does not work
when user have a personal installation of Vim in a subdirectory of their
home directory.

Thank you for your attention.
