The installation instructions say to run "sudo make docs" to create the
documentation.  No need to learn asciidoc first :)

Nor does it work if you install asciidoc to a non-system prefix (ie no sudo
needed in the make install).  It should really be a separate package or
have a --enable-vim-addons or similar option to configure to control it.
