Until Dan's toolset is released, http://sagehill.net/docbookxsl/HTMLTitlePage.html provides a guide on FOP configuring. I can't see how to do it in dblatex, but I may have missed it here http://dblatex.sourceforge.net/doc/manual/index.html.
