Hi,

If I understood correctly you'd like to customize the cover page of a pdf 
that uses dblatex. I did this once (planned to document it but only posted 
the example for now).

You have to use a custom .sty use it as explained in:
https://github.com/aerostitch/asciidoc-tools/blob/dev/samples/custom-frontpage-and-footer.txt
Here is the example .sty I have here:
