Using asciidoc 8.6.9 with python 2.7.6 on Windows (7)
Installed with pip the pygmentize highlighter and using it as the default.
Got the following:

----
include::{sourcedir}/se/bolagsverket/drl/config/BootStrap.java[lines=15..18]
----
But the lines filter isn't honoured. The entire source is pulled in. Is
another plugin needed for lines to work?
