Pragmatism. The rate of change to code on GitHub is startling. AsciiDoc
needed an injection of participation. After many years on Google Code, the
amount of patches was a trickle at best. Since on GitHub, the amount of
participation is almost overwhelming. Participation is the lifeblood of
open source. So, GitHub wins.
