I've been attempting to generate a PDF document using a2x and FOP,
referencing a CSS stylesheet:
a2x --verbose --format=pdf --stylesheet=style.css --fop foo.asc
Then I read that the --stylesheet parameter only applies to HTML-like
renderings (e.g. ePUB, HTML), not to PDF.
What are my options to render a PDF document (via FOP) using a CSS
stylesheet? Do I need to alter one or more XSL stylesheets?
Would dblatex provide a less-complicated alternative?
wkpdf <https://plessl.github.io/wkpdf/> may be an option (convert HTML to
PDF), if I can address the issues with RubyCocoa
<https://github.com/plessl/wkpdf/issues/45>.
If it matters, I'm using OS X (Mavericks).
