How about this, from Texy:

* List item
    * Sublist 1 paragraph 1
       Still praragraph 1
      
       A new Paragraph

    * Sublist 02

Other way:

* List item
    * /--div
      Sublist 1 paragraph 1
      Still praragraph 1
      \--
      /--div
       A new Paragraph
      \--

    * Sublist 02
