Thanks to Dan, Michel and Martin,

I just suffered an internet outage for a couple of days, backhoe
through the cable will do that :(

AAP is a Python build tool by Bram Moolenar of VIM fame. It probably
should "just work" although if someone wants to look at something more
recent like PIP well, Asciidoc is Python, so "how hard can it be" :)
But perhaps a release soon using the status quo would be best, then
the new tools can be added to the system in slow time.

@Michel if Stuart was reading the Asciidoc ML regularly I'm sure he
would have piped up by now, I will try contacting him directly. The
pages on github.io look reassuring familiar, well done :)

Agree with Dan that releases through Github is probably simplest for
now. I presume Stuart owns the SF, but since I am no longer able to
login to SF because it won't accept my password or let me change it,
as far as I am concerned its dead for all projects, not just Asciidoc.

Cheers
Lex
