Thanks for the suggestions Michel and Dan. Both Metalsmith and
HubPress look interesting. I have a question about HubPress: Does
it let GitHub convert AsciiDoc to HTML? If so, then footnote
links won't work and I won't want to use it. I use footnotes a
lot in my writing, which means that most tools that are
GitHub-based aren't an option for me.
