Hi,

In fact I do. But there is no {eval:countername} nor a 
{counter-without-increment:coutnername}. I would prefer to have the counter 
in my xref anchor title, with that title explicit, so I can avoid a 
redundancy that is currently in the docuement because the xref title is the 
actual requirement title.

I would like to refer to that requirement by number only, without managing 
the number myself..
