Maybe we are just too polite to say it, but since you have opened the
door.  Not that I am defending Asciidoc style either, but I have
several beefs with the Asciidoctor style.

Titles in Red? Really? 10% of the male population won't see the red,
and the rest wonder why the titles are constantly signalling danger.

And the Titles are too big.

And there is too much interline gap in plain text, makes the document
longer and I'm wearing my scrolling finger out.

Literal quotes in a box with a background? Sure its meant to be
distinguishable, but not to draw the eye away from everything else on
the page.  Looks like the way 1990s manuals showed keyboard keys.
